It seems I have fallen into my predicable summer slump in blog-land as I have for many years prior. It's both the uninspiring time of year in this super hot place I live as well as some life events that caused a bit of hibernation. My camera has been virtually unused in the past few months but I did pull it out in an attempt to be a bit more active in the place :) These pictures are showing just a bit of the HUGE batches of Kimchi I have been making. Since I had so much, I was finally able to eat as much Kimchi as I wanted. But unfortunately I kind of overdid it. I am officially over kimchi for a while, but I know I will be back to it eventually ;)
