We didn't catch any fish.

On a rainy day we went fishing. The sun peeked in every once in a while. Enzo came prepared with his fishing lure collection but we wound up using some greenbacks (they were already dead) that were given to us by some really sweet and knowledgeable fishing boys. We never caught anything but it was really nice.

A big, huge congratulations to Fliss, she's had her little one :)
And some beautiful baby pictures of Leen's sweet Annabel.
mieke willems has their new online shop, now all those nice things are within grasp.

What a beautiful sky. Your post makes me think of the times that as a child I went fishing with my cousins and I always got so upset when they caught any fish that they finally threw them back to the sea. I'm sure that's why they stopped taking me with them...

Sometimes, fishing isn't about fish at all. It's about everything else that is important. I am glad you had a good time...looks like a beautiful day, indeed.

Esti-so funny, I was the same way when. Little girls don't like to see animals hurt.

Steph-In our case, fishing is almost Never about the fish, ha! We never catch any but as you say, it's a nice time anyway.

Leen-I think that's it, being next to the water is in itself so relaxing. The breezes are so nice.
